Connective tissue therapy, commonly known as myofascial release can be used to treat a wide range of discomforts brought on by overuse (i.e.repetitive strain syndrome, over-training), sedentary postural habituations (i.e. a desk job, "tech neck") or impact injuries (i.e. sports injury, car accident, etc.)
Lymphatic facilitation or lymphatic drainage is a lighter form of contact aimed at moving fluid buildup (edema) in the body. This can have many different causes, post-operative and autoimmune flare ups being some of them. The goal is to help the body move more fluid to speed recovery, and decrease discomfort from pressure on effected tissues, joints, etc.

Trigger point therapy or neuromuscular therapy is a more focused form of contact aimed at resetting hyper-irritable muscular "knots". Often some form of temporary dysfunction where the nerves interplay with the myofascial system, creating really tense bands that can reduce range of motion. Moreover, they can cause magnified sensitivity either immediately at the site or with satellite or referred sensations.
Services are provided on a sliding scale. This allows for some flexibility in payment for those who may not have as much financial means but would still like to seek regular treatment
